Gravity Game Hub (GGH) will terminate service for Ragnarok Crush on September 30. Following its release on July 17, 2024, the game is coming to an end after approximately 1 year and 2 months (441 days).
Positioned as a match-3 puzzle RPG based on the Ragnarok IP, the title was featured in the G-STAR 2024 lineup. While the game leveraged the original IP's popularity by focusing on casual puzzle combat featuring iconic characters and monsters, it failed to sustain momentum due to a lack of unique elements compared to competing puzzle titles and delays in new content updates.
New downloads and in-app purchases have already been disabled. For payments made between June 1 and August 31, the company will accept refund applications until November 30, adhering to a policy of full refunds.
A representative from Gravity Game Hub stated, "We are sincerely grateful for every moment spent with our users. After extensive discussion and careful consideration, we have decided to terminate the service of Ragnarok Crush. We will do our best until the very last moment."
