mCloudBridge unveils enterprise AI platform integrating ERP, CRM and MES

NBNTV = Jung Chang-gyu. mCloudBridge will launch a business platform this October that connects internal corporate documents, data, and groupware with conversational AI. The system is designed so that upon receiving a single query, it verifies user permissions and then calls the necessary AI models and internal systems to process the task.

mCloudBridge (CEO Lee Hyuk-jae), an AI-integrated business platform company, announced that it will officially launch the 'Ai 365 Unified AI Platform' on October 22.

The platform consists of five key areas: knowledge management, data analysis, task automation, groupware, and security/governance. It operates by receiving user input, determining intent and access permissions, and then executing the required AI agents to aggregate results.

For example, if a user requests an analysis of the causes of declining sales and the drafting of a management report, the system can analyze relevant data, search internal documents, verify permissions, write the report, and then link it to an approval request, the company explained.

The generative AI utilizes a Multi-LLM structure that allows the use of GPT, Gemini, Claude, and others.

Companies or departments can configure separate AI agents according to their specific tasks, and the platform supports integration with existing business systems such as Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM, and MES.

"The Ai 365 Unified AI Platform is designed to support this transition by connecting documents and structured/unstructured data scattered throughout a company with AI agents," said Lee. "This allows users to perform collaborative work, knowledge search, data analysis, report writing, task automation, security management, and electronic approvals all within a single workflow through just one query."
