Hitopia files patent for detachable insulation, develops H-ADS
Facility management firm Hitopia develops detachable insulation to prevent pipe freezing and fires, alongside AI-based H-ADS technology.

Hitopia (CEO Pyo Il-gwon), a piping and facility management company, is currently filing a patent for 'detachable insulation with separate protection for heating wires and pipes' and has already registered two design rights and two trademark rights.
The patented technology was developed to prevent damage caused by frozen pipes in winter and fires resulting from heating wires.
The company developed a detachable structure that allows heating wires and pipes to be installed separately for constant inspection, while enabling partial replacement and reuse when necessary.
Furthermore, addressing the issue of lost field data during pipe replacement, expansion, or relocation—which leads to repetitive measurements—Hitopia is pushing forward with the development of AI-based H-ADS.
The company is currently pursuing the development of H-ADS and PCT international patent applications through partnerships with the Hope Return Package and the '2026 Innovative Small Business AI Utilization Support Project.'
In 2025, Hitopia conducted volunteer activities for facilities serving vulnerable groups, such as the elderly living alone and basic livelihood security recipients. Moving forward, the company plans to expand its technology to reduce the burden of pipe management in aging facilities and vulnerable environments, aiming to drive corporate growth and social value simultaneously.
