Fix Up Health uses ambient AI to connect doctors and patients

According to Fix Up Health on the 17th, the core of the RTM 2.0 solution is its ambient AI. The technology listens to conversations between medical staff and patients in real clinical settings, analyzing them within a medical context to automate necessary documentation and tasks, allowing medical professionals to focus more on patient care.

Key features include: ▲ drafting clinical notes for entry into Electronic Medical Records (EMR) ▲ generating patient summaries that rephrase information into easy-to-understand terms ▲ configuring customized daily home-care rehabilitation programs.

By adopting the Fix Up Health RTM solution, client companies can reduce the administrative burden on medical staff by processing rehabilitation-related tasks—which were previously fragmented across clinical settings, remote therapeutic management, and insurance claims—continuously within a single solution.

The RTM 2.0 solution, currently undergoing beta testing, is scheduled to be rolled out sequentially to all client companies in the second half of this year following further AI feature enhancement and stabilization.
