The cast of the KBS variety show '2 Days and 1 Night Season 4' engaged in a fierce water gun battle to protect specially manufactured costumes.

Mission: Special T-shirts that disintegrate when wet

According to footage released via KBS WORLD TV, the six cast members took on a mission themed 'Protect the Transparent Clothes.' The core objective was to protect the specially made T-shirts the cast members were wearing. These costumes were designed to fall apart into pieces if they got wet; if an entire outfit fell off, the participant lost. Because the costumes featured heart patterns, the cast had to focus specifically on protecting those areas.

The cast members split into two teams of three for the battle. During the video, the members expressed confidence in their shooting skills, citing their respective military service experiences. One member showed determination by mentioning service at the Cheorwon GOP, while another boosted team morale by discussing experience operating tanks and self-propelled guns. During the team formation process, various names and equipment, such as shields, were utilized.

As the confrontation began, the cast members engaged in a fierce battle using various equipment, including automatic water guns. Tension rose as some members' clothes became wet and began to fall apart. In particular, the rapid disintegration of costumes for certain members, including Kim Jong Min, caused chaos and laughter on set. When Kim Jong Min's costume began to fall off, he jokingly compared it to a cape, leading to continuous banter regarding his state of undress.

The cast members employed strategic movements, such as using shields to protect specific teammates or targeting individuals for concentrated attacks. Amidst the continuous barrage of water, the competition remained fierce, with some members complaining of physical exhaustion to the point where they could not lift their arms, while others scrambled to secure automatic water guns. The battle also featured unpredictable moments, such as Jun-i being knocked out and members using their physical strength to maneuver.

After the intense water gun duel, the mission reached its conclusion. According to the results, the Taean Team emerged as the final winner of the 'Protect the Clothes' mission.
