WayV's XIAOJUN shares memories of first meal in Korea and time with Yang Yang ahead of solo debut

WayV's XIAOJUN visited Ttukseom Recreation Area at the Han River during a recent live broadcast to share memories of his first meal in Korea and time spent with Yang Yang and HENDERY. The singer is currently preparing his first mini album, 'Hey, Somebody', which is scheduled for release on October 26.

WayV's XIAOJUN shared the preparation process for his solo album and precious memories from his time in Korea. During a recent live broadcast, XIAOJUN spoke about the changes he is experiencing while preparing his first mini album, 'Hey, Somebody', and expressed his feelings toward his fans.

Regarding his first mini album 'Hey, Somebody', scheduled for release on October 26, XIAOJUN described it as "an album that is bright and healing, like the weather." He added that although there were many difficulties while preparing the album, he worked to resolve them one by one to complete it, stating, "I am preparing hard so that fans can find healing in their hearts."

He also mentioned a change in his attitude toward his activities. "I have changed a lot from my previous broadcasting style," XIAOJUN revealed. "I am growing every day, and I am contemplating my attitude toward life, people, and myself, searching for ways to make myself happier." He expressed special affection for his fans, calling them "an existence like life force that makes me exist, to the point where it is difficult to find answers even in many interviews."

During the broadcast, XIAOJUN communicated with fans while performing missions set against the backdrop of Ttukseom Recreation Area at the Han River. He received mission locations that held memories from his first visit to Korea with member HENDERY. "When I first came to Korea, Yang Yang or HENDERY came with me. This place holds so many memories," XIAOJUN said while walking through the park.

The locations XIAOJUN visits through the missions hold special significance for him. As a hint for the final destination, he mentioned "the first meeting with member HENDERY and Yang Yang, and the restaurant where I had my first meal after arriving in Korea." He emphasized that the place where he had his first meal in Korea holds a very deep meaning for him.

During the live broadcast, which included outdoor filming, XIAOJUN drew laughter by mentioning that his skin might get very tanned due to the nature of his album preparations involving many outdoor activities. While walking through the park, he showed a sense of presence by asking people he encountered, "Have you perhaps seen anyone fishing?"

XIAOJUN left a message for fans, asking them to greet him confidently even if they encounter him on the street. "If you happen to meet me while walking, please greet me warmly. I will be very happy as well," he said, adding, "I think meeting like that is Destiny."
