The group WayV visited TME to perform special missions celebrating the release of their new mini album 'Vision Wings'. The activities conveyed by WayV included games with benefits such as the authority to attach posters to bulletin boards within the company building and the ability to broadcast their music video through large screens.
"Keep the office quiet" poster posting rights earned through missions
The WayV members went through step-by-step missions by visiting three meeting rooms within the TME building. The first mission was 'Keep the office quiet', a method of performing tasks while being careful not to let the microphone volume exceed a certain level. Members who completed the mission obtained the authority to attach the group's posters in various places throughout the building as their first reward.
In the following mission, a game called 'Actions different from the norm' was conducted, where they had to quickly perform opposite movements. In the process of requiring complex movements, such as moving to the right when pointing to the left, the members continued the mission while checking each other's directions. Additionally, through missions such as opening delivery boxes, they secured additional poster posting rights and posted WayV's posters in elevators, hallways, and other areas within the building.
"Towards 24-hour MV broadcasting" pen throwing challenge
The third mission was a game of throwing a pen into a target, and the scale of the reward grew even larger. If successful in the mission, the authority to broadcast WayV's music video through large screens within the TME building was granted. If the pen was thrown to achieve the goal, the video could be broadcast for 24 hours, with conditions that the broadcasting period could be extended up to half a month or a month depending on the opportunity.
The members engaged in the mission, concentrating to land the pen accurately at the target point. Tension continued as they waited for the moment the pen entered the target point, and the members showed their determination for the mission by mentioning the music video broadcasting benefits they would gain upon achieving the goal.
'Who is the spy' game and new song choreography demonstration
After the missions, the 'Who is the spy (谁是卧底)' game, where members draw different cards and guess each other's identities, followed. The members deduced each other's identities by explaining the contents of the cards they each received. In this process, internal jokes among the members and situations where they pointed at each other added fun to the game.
WayV explained that their new mini album 'Vision Wings' contains a Chinese-style concept they are attempting for the first time. After finishing the games, the members personally demonstrated the choreography for this album and shared their thoughts on the activities. WayV expressed their intention to let more people know their music through this album promotion.
