ASH ISLAND presents live performance of 'OST' at Taipei concert

Rapper ASH ISLAND has presented a live stage capturing the heat of the performance site in Taipei, Taiwan. This video, released by MiDNiGHT RECORDS, captures a scene from the Taipei performance during ASH ISLAND's 2026 Asia Tour.

'OST' live performance breathing with the Taipei audience

During this performance, ASH ISLAND sang the song 'OST', which features CHANMINA. On stage, he heightened the atmosphere of the venue by announcing the start of the song with the comment, "Our soundtrack. Let's go." The lyrics of the song contain the process of how memories of rainy days and small moments gather to create a movie-like story. The lyrics include memories of staying home alone and falling asleep on a rainy day after someone asked, "If you have time," as well as memories of small pieces and the obvious melody of love.

ASH ISLAND led the stage by inducing responses from the audience in accordance with the flow of the song. He continued the emotional line of the song while communicating with the audience on-site, shouting things like, "Everyone, Let's go!" The lyrics, which sing of the moment of becoming the protagonist and a movie-like relationship, increased the immersion of the performance. In particular, along with the lyrics that aim to capture even small moments so that the night does not pass by, an earnest emotional line of asking to hold hands tighter at the end unfolded on stage.

Musical colors singing of movie-like moments

This live clip is one of the journeys of ASH ISLAND's 2026 Asia Tour, focusing on recording the musical moments shared with the Taipei audience. On stage, a narrative reminiscent of a movie was conveyed through the lyrics, such as awkward nights or memories of the first day they met and scenes unfolding before one's eyes. The part where he expresses "You are the story" while singing about the moment of becoming the protagonist reveals the narrative characteristics of the song.

ASH ISLAND showed emotional immersion, trying not to miss even the smallest moments according to the progression of the song. This video is recorded as a point that captures the sense of presence of the 2026 Asia Tour Taipei performance and shows the unique musical color that ASH ISLAND possesses.
