During a filming of tvN's "Sixth Sense: B-Side," Lee Ji-hye shared stories about Na Kyung-eun's parenting skills and her respect for her husband…
The daily life and human side of broadcaster Yoo Jae-suk were revealed through a conversation in an entertainment program. In a video from tvN's 〈Sixth Sense: B-Side〉, while the cast visited a specialty rice restaurant in Yeongdeungpo to taste various types of rice and engage in reasoning, a conversation took place between cast member Na Kyung-eun and her acquaintance Lee Ji-hye.
"She has respect for her husband" Lee Ji-hye speaks on Na Kyung-eun's daily life
In the video, Lee Ji-hye, introduced as Na Kyung-eun's close friend, talked about Na Kyung-eun's usual self. Lee Ji-hye mentioned that regarding Na Kyung-eun, "she basically has respect for her husband," and added, "she is very good at parenting." In particular, Lee Ji-hye highly evaluated Na Kyung-eun's parenting abilities, adding, "Na Kyung-eun is an 'unni' (older sister) of babies. She raises them so well that I have received a lot of help from her too."
In this process, Yoo Jae-suk showed empathy, saying, "Kyung-eun is going through a lot of hard work." Yoo Jae-suk then reacted to a joking situation where Na Kyung-eun is criticized for "just flapping her mouth" (talking too much) by mentioning, "It's so good that she just flaps her mouth."
Various rice varieties and the restaurant's operating method
The restaurant visited by the cast is a specialty rice restaurant where various types of rice from across the country can be tasted. The owner explained that they manage quality by using rice milled on the same day and consuming it within two weeks. According to the restaurant's explanation, they consume about 12–13kg of rice per day, and monthly sales are reported to be around 12 million won. Additionally, they follow an operating method where rice is provided for free if side dishes are ordered.
The cast had time to taste the various types of rice provided at the restaurant to guess the varieties. The cast mentioned varieties such as 'Dandanmyeon' and 'Songhyangmi' while evaluating the aroma and texture of the rice. In particular, the cast members who tasted Songhyangmi reacted with comments like, "It tastes like butter," "It's savory," and "The texture is chewy." The restaurant introduced unseasoned grilled mackerel as a menu item that pairs well with the fragrant rice.
Appearance of a Japanese hairdresser and 'facial shampoo' performance
In the following scene, 'Yamai Karaya-san,' who is active as a hairdresser in Osaka, Japan, appeared and presented a unique performance. This individual highlighted colorful design as a strength and introduced hair dyeing using hand shapes and a unique service called 'facial shampoo.'
The cast expressed embarrassment at the sight of shampooing a model's face with foam. The model remarked, "The way you do the hair and the process of the assistant coming is so realistic," and a situation was staged where one "has to hold their breath" during the facial shampoo process for fear of water entering the nose. The price for the service was announced as 25,000 yen (approximately 250,000 won) including bleaching.
