KYUHYUN's Ramen Review, 'Cream Sari Gomtang' Records Highest Score of 4.8

Singer KYUHYUN personally tasted and scored ramen recipes that have become hot topics on social media.

Through his YouTube channel 'KyuTV', KYUHYUN presented content reviewing ramen combination recipes that have been continuously exposed to him through algorithms and social media over the past year. In the video, KYUHYUN explained the background of the review, stating that while hot ramen recipes kept popping up on social media, he was too lazy to make them himself, so he requested the production team to create the content. He mentioned that he likes all types of noodles and promised to select only the delicious ones to reveal to his subscribers.

Tasting 5 Viral SNS Recipes, 'Cream Sari Gomtang' Takes 1st Place

KYUHYUN prepared a total of five recipes and evaluated their tastes sequentially. The first menu he tasted was the 'Yukgaejang Stir-fried Noodles' combination, which became a hot topic with about 20 creators mentioning it on social media. Regarding this combination, which was mixed with added sesame oil, he gave it 4.3 points in the video, stating that the combination of the savoriness of the sesame oil and the egg yolk felt like it was stimulating his brain.

The following 'Cream Sari Gomtang' recipe was cooked using milk, and in the video, he commented that it tasted like commercially available cream pasta and was so delicious that the Sari Gomtang flavor was not even noticeable. This menu recorded 4.8 points, the highest score given by KYUHYUN, taking 1st place in this review. KYUHYUN added that he should eat this menu when drinking wine.

Diverging Evaluations by Recipe... 'Saengsaeng Udon Tuna Bibim' Receives 2.8 Points

The 'Agli o Olio' recipe using Baekje Rice Noodles was cooked using minced garlic and seasoning. In the video, he mentioned that the aroma was good, but gave it 3.8 points with the opinion that it might be because the noodles were somewhat soggy.

The 'Saengsaeng Udon Tuna Bibim', a combination of Saengsaeng Udon, drained tuna, and Buldak sauce, received a low score. In the video, he mentioned that it was spicy enough to turn the noodles red, and recorded 2.8 points with the opinion that it became dry while eating it with the tuna. KYUHYUN left the opinion that while it tastes good, it might be better to eat the tuna first and then the Saengsaeng Udon.

Finally, regarding combinations with distinct identities such as Jjamppong-ggetti and Jjam-pagetti, he concluded the review by giving them 3 points, saying that each has a clear identity and would be good to eat individually. KYUHYUN shared his thoughts, saying that reviewing so much food does not suit him.
