KickFlip has released a behind-the-scenes video via STUDIO CHOOM detailing how they used unraveled knitwear and cut pants to visually represent the "unfinished" and "imperfect" themes of their new song, 'Puzzle Piece'.

A behind-the-scenes video capturing the message behind the new song 'Puzzle Piece' and the stage preparation process of the group KickFlip has been released. Delivered through STUDIO CHOOM original content, the video showcases the costume concepts prepared for this promotion, the meaning embedded in the song, and the cheerful atmosphere on the filming set.

"Beauty in instability"... Song's message projected through costumes

KickFlip explained the meaning of their comeback track 'Puzzle Piece' and revealed the core of their stage production. The members stated that while the song contains worries about the future and feelings of anxiety, they want to offer comfort to listeners through the message that they are "originally a beautiful completion."

In particular, the costumes for this stage focused on visually implementing the themes of "unfinished" and "imperfection" found in the song. Regarding the outfits, the members explained, "Because the song represents being very unfinished and imperfect, we chose pants that are cut or knitwear that is unraveled and stretched," noting that these were devices to represent their own not-yet-perfect selves.

New greeting revealed and energetic chemistry among team members

KickFlip also showcased a new greeting for the STUDIO CHOOM filming. Created as an idea by member DONGHWA, the greeting led to the members strengthening their team unity by shouting a slogan together. On the filming set, the members created a lively atmosphere by dividing themselves into groups such as 'Native,' 'Variant,' and 'Floweringism' to play various mini-games.

The members showed their competitive spirit while playing games related to the album title 'One Fight, One Fight.' During the games, the members showed an informal side, cheering for one another or playing pranks, and a unique scene was produced through a 'lyrics challenge' given as a penalty based on the game results, which reinterpreted the emotional lines of the song.

Expressing 'instability' through facial expressions... Song interpretation via lyrics challenge

During the lyrics challenge conducted as a game penalty, there was time to express phrases from the song, such as "Was it always like this, yes, unstable" and "Imperfect," with various emotions. The members interpreted and presented the emotions of the song in their own ways, including sadness, anger, and a look as if their eyes were unfocused.

One member added that regarding the facial expressions they will show on this stage, "It will give a feeling as if the eyes are slightly unfocused," adding that they are working to visually convey the worries and unstable emotions contained in the song. KickFlip expressed their ambition to clearly show their musical color through this promotion.
