IDID members encounter giant dragonfly during Japan trip

The group IDID shared moments from their recent trip to Japan, where members were startled by a palm-sized dragonfly that one member initially mistook for a drone. The group concluded their schedule by visiting a convenience store before their scheduled flight home the following morning.

The group IDID shared unexpected commotion and glimpses of the members' daily lives experienced locally after completing performances in Japan. The journey in Japan shared by IDID contains vivid moments ranging from eating shows immediately after performances to a confrontation with a giant dragonfly encountered on-site.

After finishing their performances in Japan, the members of IDID spent time sharing snacks while enjoying the local atmosphere. The members continued their conversation while tasting unique Japanese snacks, such as bread sprinkled with sesame seeds on the surface and desserts accompanied by matcha. During this process, members mentioned studying Japanese or expressed a desire to go see yakiniku with their fathers to soothe the lingering feelings after the performances.

Cheerful conversations also continued among the members. They shared impressions immediately after the stage, exchanging feedback such as "the feeling seems very 'tteok' (sticky/solid)" or "the energy has come alive" regarding a specific member's dance moves. Additionally, they talked about delicious ramen shops and chashu rice bowls in Hongdae, South Korea, promising to meet again in South Korea during Chuseok.

The peaceful journey took a turn with the appearance of a giant dragonfly. While moving after a meal, one member expressed the confusion of the moment, stating, "I thought a machine was running. I thought it was a drone used on stage." The dragonfly that actually appeared was the size of a palm, making the members feel a significant threat.

The members, surprised by the size of the dragonfly, showed different reactions. One member emphasized the size by mentioning the dragonfly's thick legs, while another member hid behind others out of fear, continuing the intense yet cheerful atmosphere on the scene. Regarding this situation, the members played rock-paper-scissors and made wishes. One member concluded the playful situation by wishing for the arrival of Chuseok to cook delicious food.

Concluding the Japan journey, visiting a convenience store and preparing to return home

Leaving the commotion behind, IDID headed to their hotel. On the way to the hotel, the members stopped at a convenience store to purchase local Japanese food to wrap up their schedule. Recalling memories of taking selfies at such places in the past, they enjoyed the unique atmosphere of Japan and concluded their journey in Japan with the news that they would return home on a flight the following morning.
