Miyu, a member of the group MADEIN, shared her personal styling know-how by introducing the color lenses she frequently uses.

"Prefer natural colors due to 'actor-type' look"... Criteria for choosing daily lenses

Through recently released personal content, Miyu introduced the daily color lenses she enjoys using. Miyu mentioned products from the Japanese brand 'HORIMIYU', revealing that they are items she has frequently used since her student days. In particular, she added, "I like natural lenses," and "In South Korea, wearing light brown can make you look like a foreigner, so it is actually more natural to wear darker colors."

Mentioning 'Globe Black' and 'Globe Brown' that she wore during past activities, she explained her physical characteristics, saying, "I often hear from people around me that I have an 'actor-type' look." Accordingly, she stated that she prefers dark-toned lenses that naturally enhance her eye color while adding to the atmosphere.

Styling strategy tailored to stage lighting and costumes

Following this, Miyu revealed her styling strategy as an idol by introducing flashy styles of lenses used on stage. She mentioned products from the Japanese brand 'NYULITO', showcasing various colors such as pink, brown, and blue. In particular, regarding the blue lenses, she mentioned that the color is strong and very noticeable, and recommended gray or brown tones for those wanting a natural change.

She also expressed specific views on the correlation between stage makeup and lenses. Miyu said, "I match them to the stage lighting or costumes," and "If the clothes are black and the hair is pink, it doesn't matter, but when the hair color is natural, I look at the clothes first before deciding on the lenses." She explained that this choice considers the fact that makeup is carried out to match the costume.

"Dark borders are a challenge"... Personally experienced lens color payoff and wearing comfort

Miyu personally wore products from the brand 'AISHA' to check the color payoff of various colors. She tested the blue, olive, and brown colors of the 'Ribbon' series in order. When wearing the olive color, she reacted by saying, "It doesn't differ much from my eye color, so it's better than I thought." On the other hand, when wearing a style of lens with dark borders, she shared her thoughts, saying, "What I have introduced so far were those without borders," and "I think lenses with dark borders would suit people with large eyes and strong eyelid strength."

Miyu also mentioned the difference in wearing comfort according to the thickness or diameter of the lenses. For certain products, she said, "It feels thick, so it takes time to take them out," or left honest reviews such as feeling that a product with a large diameter "did not feel like it fit the shape of the eyeball."
