Lee Cheon, who previously worked as a fitness trainer, added variety-show fun by making a plan to build a 'Home Gym' using Hyun Bong-sik's rooftop space.

Lee Cheon noted that unlike the initial property conditions which desired a private personal space, the surrounding rooftops were high and had been left neglected, and presented a way to utilize it in line with the home gym trend.

Lee Cheon mentioned items needed to build the home gym, such as an adjustable bench, a dips station, and weights. He compared the costs of the three of them registering for a new gym together versus purchasing exercise equipment, expressing the opinion that equipping the rooftop would be more cost-effective. In this process, Lee Cheon specifically revealed plans to mention blueprints for measuring the space and securing equipment through second-hand trading. In particular, Lee Cheon showed his determination to deliver blueprints through actual measurement while mentioning the size of the space.

In the video, Lee Cheon showed his intention to purchase by checking the second-hand prices of exercise equipment such as benches, punching bags, and pull-up bars. He checked the price of a bench to be between 130,000 won and 240,000 won and listed necessary items while mentioning the price of a punching bag. In the case of the punching bag, he even mentioned specific price fluctuations, noting that it was originally in the 200,000 won range but currently had a 33,000 won increase.

While a situation similar to an actual second-hand transaction scene was staged, Lee Cheon was seen checking the condition of items while inspecting things like the pull-up bar. During this process, the cast members recreated the patterns of conversation during second-hand trading, capturing the process of checking items and paying the cost. During the transaction process, Lee Cheon inspected the items by checking if the weight of the pull-up bar was appropriate.
