A video capturing the process of LIGHTSUM member HINA learning how to communicate with fans in preparation for her Japanese performances has been released. In the video, HINA conducted practice sessions responding to phrases and actions used by fans at Japanese venues alongside Lee Hee-ra, who was introduced as the "top instructor of Seongsu-dong."
"A mandatory course for Japanese venues"... Learning fan phrases and fan service
In the video, Lee Hee-ra introduced various requests fans make using fans at Japanese venues and taught how idols should respond to them. During the practice process, expressions frequently used by Japanese fans at performance sites were covered, such as 'Yubisashi' (finger shapes), 'Kiss shite' (a request to blow a kiss), and 'Janken shiyo' (let's play rock-paper-scissors). In addition, various phrases that fans might write on fans, such as 'Kocchi mite' (look here), 'Namae yonde' (call my name), and 'E kkon' (marry me), were subjects of the practice.

In particular, it was emphasized that it is important to learn the Chinese character phrases and shapes that fans write on their fans in advance. Lee Hee-ra mentioned that idols must respond immediately when fans hold up fans to send requests to satisfy them, and they practiced cute or cool reactions suitable for the situations. HINA participated in the practice using fans that fans had personally made. HINA showed her sincerity in preparing so that fans could react immediately, stating that she stayed up until dawn yesterday to make the fans.
"Energy created by fans"... The mindset of an idol
During the practice process, HINA showed her side as a professional idol while learning how to respond to fans' requests. Lee Hee-ra mentioned the effort fans make by staying up all night to make fans to see idols, and they conversed about how idols receive this energy from fans. Regarding fans coming to see idols, Lee Hee-ra expressed empathy for their efforts, asking, "How hard must it be for them?"

HINA showed a side of herself that considers the fans' efforts first, asking how hard it must be for fans to come to see idols. She then continued her preparation for the Japanese performances by expressing the position of an idol who gains strength on stage based on the energy sent by fans.
